Micro provides complete RIM manufacturing service, all under one roof! Our service includes design/reverse engineering, tool design, tool manufacturing, tool maintenance and RIM manufacturing. We operate five Rim presses. Our tooling department can use our presses to test new tools during development and to test mold maintenance work before we return the job to the customer. Micro RIM is proud to be a QS9000 Certified Facility. Over 90% of our associates at Micro RIM have been with us for six or more years. Our RIM production staff is cross trained to ensure maximum efficiency during production runs. Because 'Quality Control' is monitored throughout the manufacturing process, cross training also provides additional benefits that reduce production cycle times and ensures a superior product.
