Pultrusion is an automated process converting composite materials like Glass ,Carbon or Aramide Fibers in form of Roving/Tow,Mat,Woven or Stitched Mat & Thermosetting Resin Matrix of Polyester, Vinyl ester, Epoxy , or Phenolic Resins in to constant cross-sectional, High Strength structural Profiles,
Properly guided Reinforcement Arrangement impregnated through Required Resin Matrix is passed through a Heated Die, resulting in curing of resin matrix and reinforcement delivering continuously pulled constant shape profile sections by two no of hydraulically reciprocation pullers. Following by Automatic Flying cut-off Saw for desired length to cut.
