I am looking for 48,000 parts per year. The product would be a pultrusion, except it has a V shape bend in it. The cross-section of 0.5" x 0.900" has a 12 inch straight leg on one side and bends into a V shape to the other straight leg about 8 inches long, with an included angle of 12° and a 1.25 inch radius in the center line, between the two straight legs. This item is the structural core of the product, which needs further non-fiberglass coatings. Ideally the fiberglass is unidirectional, as it would be in a pultrusion
